Season :All Servings :6 Diet :Vegetarian Time :15 minutes Difficulty :Easy

This year, I'll be sharing the most delightful hosting tips for your dinners each week, starting with a series on martini glasses, because they can be used for much more than just serving espresso martinis!

INGREDIENTS

  • 35 gr. parsley
  • 35 gr. other green herbs such as chives, dill, mint, tarragon, etc.
  • 200 gr. 10% full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Juice and zest of half a lemon
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • Salt and pepper
  • Crudités such as carrots, radishes, mini cucumber, little gem lettuce, etc.
  • Optional: edible flowers

PREPARATION

  1. Blend all ingredients, except for the crudites, in a small food processor or with an immersion blender until you have a smooth dip.
  2. Divide the dip among 6 martini glasses.
  3. Wash and cut the vegetables, then distribute them among the glasses.
  4. Optionally, decorate with edible flowers and serve.
  5. Note: You can, of course, do this with any dip you like, such as hummus, whipped feta with harissa, tzatziki, etc.
