This year, I'll be sharing the most delightful hosting tips for your dinners each week, starting with a series on martini glasses, because they can be used for much more than just serving espresso martinis!
INGREDIENTS
- 35 gr. parsley
- 35 gr. other green herbs such as chives, dill, mint, tarragon, etc.
- 200 gr. 10% full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 avocado
- Juice and zest of half a lemon
- 2 anchovy fillets
- Salt and pepper
- Crudités such as carrots, radishes, mini cucumber, little gem lettuce, etc.
- Optional: edible flowers
PREPARATION
- Blend all ingredients, except for the crudites, in a small food processor or with an immersion blender until you have a smooth dip.
- Divide the dip among 6 martini glasses.
- Wash and cut the vegetables, then distribute them among the glasses.
- Optionally, decorate with edible flowers and serve.
- Note: You can, of course, do this with any dip you like, such as hummus, whipped feta with harissa, tzatziki, etc.
