Pizza Topping Grazing Board

Season :All Servings :6-8 Diet :X Time :45 minutes Difficulty :Easy

This is such a fun and cozy way to make pizzas with friends on the weekend—everyone gets to create their own! If you don’t have a pizza oven, you can easily bake them in a regular oven at home.

My favorite pizza combinations:

  • Gorgonzola, mozzarella, roasted garlic, rosemary, red onion, figs, arugula
  • Tomato sauce, mozzarella, spicy salami, parmesan, basil
  • Roasted garlic, stracciatella, mortadella, pesto, parmesan
  • Tomato sauce, buffalo mozzarella, crispy prosciutto, caramelized red onion, arugula, parmesan
Making your own pizza dough is, of course, the best, but you can also buy frozen pizza dough balls at wholesale stores. I even spotted fresh ones at the supermarket recently.

INGREDIENTS

  • Tomato sauce
  • Buffalo mozzarella
  • Stracciatella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Gorgonzola
  • Prosciutto
  • Mortadella
  • Spicy salami
  • Anchovies
  • Olives
  • Pesto
  • Roasted garlic
  • Balsamic caramelized red onion
  • Mushrooms
  • Arugula
  • Basil
  • Rosemary/thyme
  • Figs
  • Pizza dough

PREPARATION

  1. Slice the red onions into thin half-moons. Heat a generous amount of olive oil in a pan and cook the onions on very low heat for about 30 minutes until soft and fully cooked. Then, add a splash of balsamic (or balsamic glaze) and cook for another 3 minutes until caramelized.
  2. Prepare the pizza dough if making from scratch.
  3. Preheat the oven to its highest setting, including the baking tray.
  4. Arrange all the toppings on a board.
  5. Let everyone assemble their own pizzas, then bake them on parchment paper for a few minutes until fully cooked.
