Summer smoothie

Not really a 'recipe' but wanted to share it anyway because here at home I make this smoothie on repeat in the morning!

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 gr. cantaloupe melon (frozen)
  • 100 gr. strawberries (frozen)
  • 100 gr. banana (frozen)
  • 1/2 lemon (juice)
  • 1/2 orange
  • 8 gr. ginger
  • A few mint sprigs
  • 200 ml. water

PREPARATION

  1. Add the above to a blender and voila, breakfast is ready in 5 minutes!
