Not really a 'recipe' but wanted to share it anyway because here at home I make this smoothie on repeat in the morning!
INGREDIENTS
- 100 gr. cantaloupe melon (frozen)
- 100 gr. strawberries (frozen)
- 100 gr. banana (frozen)
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 1/2 orange
- 8 gr. ginger
- A few mint sprigs
- 200 ml. water
PREPARATION
- Add the above to a blender and voila, breakfast is ready in 5 minutes!
