Martini glasses: Eton Mess

Looking for a super quick dessert that can be on the table in 5 minutes but still want to impress your guests? Then make my all-time favorite! If you want to make the meringue yourself, check out the pavlova recipe on my website! Other dessert inspirations for martini glasses are trifles, tiramisu, panna cotta, and chocolate mousse.

INGREDIENTS

  • 125 g raspberries (or other fruit)
  • 250 g heavy cream
  • 75 g (pink) meringue
  • A few sprigs of mint
  • Optional: edible flowers

PREPARATION

  1. Whip the cream with a little sugar until stiff and creamy.
  2. Divide some raspberries among the martini glasses, then add a few spoonfuls of whipped cream.
  3. Crumble the meringue and distribute it over the glasses along with the remaining raspberries.
  4. Top with some mint and edible flowers, and serve!
