Breakfast apple crumble

This breakfast is my new autumn favorite!
INGREDIENTS
- 4 apples (such as Kanzi or Pink Lady)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tbsp rolled oats
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 3 tbsp ground flaxseed/hemp seeds
- 3 tbsp shredded coconut
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- Pinch of salt
PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes. Mix with the cinnamon and spread them in a small baking dish (approximately 25x18 cm).
- Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan. Then, mix it in a bowl with the remaining ingredients and spread over the apples.
- Bake the crumble for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and serve with some Greek yogurt!
