We do our best to deliver the boards at the agreed time.However, please keep in mind that the boards can be delivered either 15 minutes before or after the agreed time because we do not always have control over traffic in Amsterdam. If this is too late, please arrange the delivery time earlier to ensure that the boards are delivered before the start of the event.
FAQ
What time do you recommend getting the boards delivered?
Preferably just before your event starts. The boards will stay fresh 4 hours after delivery (except the streetfood board, this will stay fresh 2 hours after delivery). However, if the weather is extremely hot, please note that the time will be shorter than stated above.
Can I put my product in the fridge?
No, the products cannot be refrigerated in a standard fridge because they are too big. The dimension of the grazing boards are 36×56 cm.
How do you deal with dietary requirements or allergies?
Please note our products are made in a kitchen that handles all main allergens. We do our best to accommodate allergies, however there is a high risk of cross contamination. Please let us know any dietary requirements or allergies in the order form.
Do you cater for cater for vegetarians, vegans, halal and others?
Absolutely, just let us know your requirements in the google order form.
What do you charge for delivery?
The delivery costs in Amsterdam are €35,- incl btw. For orders outside Amsterdam I may charge more depending on the location. Pick up at the Schinkelkade 31hs is free of charge.
Where do you deliver?
I deliver in Amsterdam. If you have a large event and live outside of Amsterdam, please sent an e-mail to info@deli-zabeth.nl to discuss the possibilities.
How do you deliver?
Our products are made fresh on the day and are extremely delicate, therefore are not suitable for overnight courier delivery and need to be hand-delivered (or collected from our kitchen!) by our specialist team. Pick up is only possible by car.
The customer needs to be readily available to receive the product. If the courier needs to park and pay in order to deliver, Deli-zabeth will charge back the client these costs.
If no one is in, the package will be handed to a neighbour. Failing that, delivery will be left in a safe place. This is because fresh food product cannot be couriered back to kitchen. Deli-zabeth is not responsible for the product once left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
Do you charge BTW/ VAT?
Yes, we are a BTW/ VAT registered company.
Will you use images from our event on the Deli-zabeth social media?
Yes, unless our clients/customers explicitly ask us not to use images taken at their event we will use them across our platforms.
