Martini glasses: Mexican ceviche

This dish is perfect to serve as an appetizer at the beginning of a dinner or upon the arrival of your guests! Other options include a shrimp cocktail, Greek salad, or a crunchy Thai salad!

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g white fish such as sea bass, redfish, or cod
  • 1 (blood) orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 limes
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 red or orange bell pepper
  • 1/2 chili pepper
  • Small red onion or half a medium red onion
  • 10 g cilantro
  • Salt and pepper
  • Taco chips
  • Optional extra limes and cilantro for serving

PREPARATION

  1. Cut the white fish into small cubes, add to a bowl, and mix with the juice of the citrus fruits.
  2. Finely chop the red onion, cilantro, and chili pepper. Cut the tomatoes, avocado, and bell pepper into small cubes and add everything to the white fish with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Let it marinate in the fridge for 3 hours, then divide it into the martini glasses.
  4. Finish with some taco chips, a cilantro leaf, and a lime wedge, and serve!
