Broccolini with tahini sauce, pistachios, dill, and za'atar

This side dish is so quick to make and unbelievably delicious! Perfect to impress your guests without spending much time in the kitchen. Serve as part of a selection of dishes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g broccolini
  • 4 tbsp tahini
  • 1 lemon
  • Water
  • A handful of dill
  • A handful of roasted pistachios
  • A generous pinch of coarse sea salt
  • A generous pinch of za'atar

PREPARATION

  1. Mix the tahini with the juice of half a lemon, salt, pepper, and slowly add water until you have a creamy sauce.
  2. Roughly chop the pistachios and dill, then mix them with the lemon zest and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Blanch the broccolini for 2-3 minutes in boiling water or steam for a few minutes.
  4. Spread the tahini sauce onto a deep flat plate or dish, and plate the broccolini on top. Finish with the pistachio mixture and serve right away.
