Marinated Olives

This dish is the perfect finishing touch for your appetizer table!

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g green olives
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Zest of half a lemon
  • Zest of half an orange
  • Pinch of Aleppo pepper / chili flakes
  • A few stems of thyme
  • 1 garlic clove

PREPARATION

  1. Heat the olive oil with the thyme, Aleppo pepper, and garlic over low heat, then let it cool.
  2. Mix the olives with the lemon and orange zest and the olive oil, and let it marinate for at least 2 hours
