This dish is the perfect finishing touch for your appetizer table!
INGREDIENTS
- 200 g green olives
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Zest of half a lemon
- Zest of half an orange
- Pinch of Aleppo pepper / chili flakes
- A few stems of thyme
- 1 garlic clove
PREPARATION
- Heat the olive oil with the thyme, Aleppo pepper, and garlic over low heat, then let it cool.
- Mix the olives with the lemon and orange zest and the olive oil, and let it marinate for at least 2 hours
